The Cuisine: a great dish is in its ingredients

In our cuisine, the land of the Val di Gresta and the lake, are expressed in the dishes we bring to the table. Everything we serve is from farm to table, we cultivate on our farm and obtain from local fishermen and producers of Trentino, with whom we collaborate.

The dishes are inspired by traditions, cooked with simple ingredients that thanks to the creativity that distinguishes us, can get a new and modern interpretation. In our menu and tables you will find the authenticity of homemade bread, focaccia and pasta made with healthy ingredients, appetizers that combine flavors, shapes and imagination all according to the season and the land where we are placed.
